P2U makes use of solar arrays to generate local renewable energy. This energy is stored in both portable battery packs and the batteries of our EV fleet. Local community governance helps to prioritise how, where and when to use this locally produced energy in times of urgent need. This 'local first' approach ensures both homes and critical services, like medical facilities, keep their lights on, even when the local grid is offline
